Ingredients

  • 250 g new small potatoes
  • 3 (100 g) Spring onions
  • 100 g red and yellow
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried. Rosemary
  • 1 (50 g) kal.-red. sausages
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Wash the potatoes, clean and wash the onions and peppers. Cut everything into bite-sized pieces

    Heat the oil. Fry the potatoes, vegetables and rosemary for about 20 minutes. Add the sausages in slices after about 10 minutes and cook. Season to taste
