Beat the egg whites with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff, adding salt, vanillin sugar and sugar. Beat until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is shiny.
Mix nuts with cinnamon and flour. Fold into the egg white mixture. Place the heaps with two tablespoons on two baking trays lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with love beads. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: not suitable/ gas: level 2) for about 20 minutes.
Let it cool down.
