Ingredients

  • 4 discs Toast
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 4 discs cooked ham (approx. 40 g each)
  • 5 discs Pineapple (canned)
  • 4 discs Gouda cheese (approx. 25 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 Tomato
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves

Directions

    Roast slices of toast and spread with fat. Place 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of pineapple and 1 slice of cheese sprinkled with paprika on the bread. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes. In the meantime, cut the remaining pineapple slice into pieces. Wash, clean and slice the tomato. Arrange bread on a plate, as desired with lettuce leaves and serve with pineapple pieces and tomato slices sprinkled with pepper
