Roast slices of toast and spread with fat. Place 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of pineapple and 1 slice of cheese sprinkled with paprika on the bread. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes. In the meantime, cut the remaining pineapple slice into pieces. Wash, clean and slice the tomato.
