Wash, clean and halve or quarter the strawberries. Marinate the strawberries with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Crumble biscuits. Melt butter in a pot and mix with the biscuits. Wash lime hot and grate dry.
Finely grate the skin. Halve lime and squeeze juice.
Mix quark, cream cheese, vanillin sugar, 50 g sugar, lime juice and half of the peel. Spread the strawberries on the glasses, put 4 tablespoons of berries aside. Layer crumbs on the strawberries and finish with quark cream.
Spread the remaining strawberries on top and decorate with lime zest.
