Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 2-3 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 Pot of thyme
  • 1,25-1,5 kg mixed mince
  • 2 eggs, salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 3 Peppers (e.g. red, green and yellow)
  • 50 g paprika-filled olives
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 8-10 Pepperoni (jar)
  • 100 g black olives
  • cling film, baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Soak the buns. Peel and chop garlic and onions. Wash and chop the thyme. Knead with minced meat, eggs, pressed bread roll, onions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Roll out between foil to a large plate (approx. 40 x 40 cm)

  2. 2

Finely crumble the sheep's cheese and sprinkle it evenly on the chopping board. Roll up fairly firmly with the help of the foil. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper

  3. 3

Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C / convection oven: 150 °C / gas: level 2) for approx. 1 1/2 hours. After approx. 1 hour cover with bacon

  4. 4

For the dip, clean and wash the peppers and cut them into fine strips. Puree green olives. Mix with quark and paprika, season. Arrange roast, dip, pepperoni and black olives. Flatbread tastes good with it
