Ingredients

  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS colza oil for frying
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 2 (100 g each) Tomatoes
  • 1 tin(s) ( 400 g; portion: 240 g) Artichoke Hearts
  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 50 g black olives
  • 100 g gossamer cut cooked ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS getr. ital. Herbs
  • 3 TABLESPOONS grated parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil leaves and pepperoni
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix curd, egg yolk, 4 tablespoons of oil, milk, flour, baking powder and salt to a smooth dough. Roll out to a long oval (42 x 22 cm) on a lightly floured work surface.

    Place diagonally on a baking tray (37 x 32 cm) lined with baking paper. Spread with tomato paste. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain artichoke hearts and cut in half.

    Cut the mozzarella into slices. Spread the prepared ingredients, olives and ham on the pizza. Season with salt, pepper and dried herbs. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of oil, sprinkle with parmesan.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Serve garnished with fresh basil and pickled peppers.
