Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 pack of Pizza dough base mix (2 bags of 230 g each)
  • 1/2 package (250 ml) strained tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoonful of thyme and marjoram
  • 1 red and green pepper
  • 150 g Cabanossi (garlic sausage)
  • 1-2 Onions
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 200 g Cream cheese with provençal herbs
  • 2 red and green pickled peppers
  • 1 glass (156 g) black olives
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

  1. 1

Place the contents of one bag (use the rest of the pack later) in a mixing bowl. Add 1/8 litre of lukewarm water and work everything through with the dough hooks of the hand mixer until the dough comes off the bowl rim.

  2. 2

Knead briefly with hands. Grease a round pizza tray (approx. 28 cm Ø). Roll out 2/3 of the dough on a lightly floured work surface to the size of the pizza mould base. Form the remaining dough into a thin roll and place it all around the edge of the mould.

  3. 3

Press up with 2 fingers at the edge of the form. Mix the strained tomatoes with thyme and marjoram. Cut paprika into strips, cabanossi into slices. Peel onions and cut into rings. Crumble the feta cheese and mix with the cream cheese.

  4. 4

Spread the pizza base with the tomato sauce. Spread the pepper strips, cabanossi, onion rings, pepperoni and olives on top. Put cheese cream in flakes on top. Drizzle everything with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes.
