Ingredients

  • 2-3 stem(s) Chives and parsley
  • 2 tablespoons (50 g) Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 100 g cleaned cucumber
  • 50 g cleaned radishes
  • 4 discs (10 g each) Salmon ham without fat edge
  • 1/2 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1 disc (60 g) Wholemeal rye bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaf and parsley

Directions

    Wash the herbs and shake dry. Cut chives into small rolls, chop parsley. Stir the herbs, except for some chives, into the quark. Season with salt and pepper

    Wash cucumber and radishes. Cut or slice both into thin slices. Spread a thin layer of mustard on one side of the salmon ham slices and sprinkle with some chives. Roll up the ham slices

    Spread the slice of bread with herb curd cheese. Cover with cucumber and radishes, except some for garnishing. Arrange ham rolls decoratively on the bread and sprinkle with remaining chives rolls

    Wash the salad and parsley. Arrange bread with it and garnish with remaining radish and cucumber slices
