Ham and spinach omelette

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 washer (50 g) lean
  • 7-10 Tbsp cooked ham
  • 1 medium-sized carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil, 200 g leaf spinach
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 2 eggs , 5 tablespoons milk (size M)
  • 100 g chunky tomatoes, 1 pinch of sugar (package)

Directions

    Dice the ham. Peel, wash and finely dice the carrot. Peel and chop onion. Clean and wash spinach

    Fry the ham, carrot and half of the onion in 1/2 teaspoon of hot oil in a frying pan. Add the spinach and fry. Seasoning

    Whisk eggs and milk, season. Pour over the vegetables. Cover and let stand for 10-12 minutes

    Fry the rest of the onion in 1/2 teaspoon hot oil until transparent. Add tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Serve the tomato sauce with the omelette
