Halloumi salad with fried vegetables

Ingredients

  • 50 g Durum wheat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (100 g) Carrot
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 30 g Rocket
  • 50 g Halloumi cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON + 1 tsp oil
  • 1 Stalk parsley
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Prepare the tender wheat in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and dice the carrot. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean and wash the rocket.

    Cut cheese into cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Sauté the carrot for about 5 minutes, turning it over and taking it out. Fry the cheese in the pan while turning for about 6 minutes and take it out

    Drain tender wheat and rinse with cold water. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Mix all ingredients and season with lemon juice, 1 tbsp water, 1 tsp oil, salt and pepper. Arrange in a bowl
