Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 7-10 Tbsp Toast leftovers (from the sandwiches) or 1 slice of toast
  • 1 medium onion
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 1 egg, 2 tablespoons mustard, salt, pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS oil, 1 tablespoon each of mayonnaise and tomato ketchup
  • 1 Boxed white bread
  • 1 large carrot
  • 7-10 Tbsp tomato, lettuce leaves and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cress
  • 3 small freezer bags
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Soak the toast cold. Peel and finely chop the onion. Squeezed bread, minced meat, onion, egg, 1 tablespoon mustard, salt

    and knead the pepper. Form 8 flat meatballs from it. Fry them in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side. Take out and let cool down

    Fill 1 tablespoon of mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup each into a freezer bag, cut off a small corner. Pour a number and a border on each meatball: "1" in gold with mustard, "2" in silver with mayonnaise, "3" in bronze with ketchup

    For the winners' stairs, cut the lower third of the white bread lengthwise. Place a piece of it on it as a winner's podium. Peel and wash the carrot. Cut lengthwise into thin slices. With a pointed knife cut out 1, 2 and 3 each and stick them to the winners' rostrum with some mustard or mayonnaise (keep the rest of the carrot)

    Fix the medals with slices of tomato on the winners' stairs. Serve the remaining medals with lettuce and cress
