Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Put both in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of oil and gyros spice and mix well. Cover and marinate for about 1 hour. Mix flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a mixing bowl. Dissolve yeast in 250 ml lukewarm water, add 1 tablespoon of oil to the flour and knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer.
Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Meanwhile clean, wash and chop the spring onion. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Heat a coated pan and fry the turkey strips in portions until golden brown. Take out and let cool down. Mix sour cream, 1 teaspoon of oil and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Knead the yeast dough on a floured work surface. Grease a baking tray (approx. 30 x 35 cm), dust with flour and roll out the yeast dough on it. Spread the sour cream mixture on it, cover with turkey strips and vegetables. Drain the feta cheese, crumble into coarse pieces and put them on the pizza with the pepperoni.
