Ingredients

  • 200 g soft butter
  • 400 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Put butter, cream cheese and egg yolk in a bowl. Peel the garlic and add to the butter using a garlic press. Knead everything with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rings.

    Put the cheese spread in a bowl and sprinkle it on top. Small boiled potatoes and a hearty farmhouse bread taste good with it.
