Clean and wash the zucchini and cut them lengthwise into thicker slices. Mix honey, mustard, vinegar, lime juice and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the dill, shake dry and, except for a little to garnish, cut finely and fold into the vinaigrette.
Place the zucchini slices on the prepared grill and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Arrange on plates, drizzle with honey-mustard vinaigrette and garnish with dill and lime wedges.
