Peel and slice the garlic. Wash and chop the herbs. Mix lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of oil
Wash the salmon, pat dry and cut into 4-6 pieces. Place in a bowl. Sprinkle with garlic, herbs and pepper and pour the lemon-oil marinade over it. Cover and put in a cool place for about 2 hours
Place each salmon on a piece of oiled aluminium foil and salt. Fold up the edges of the foil a little. Grill the packs on the preheated electric grill for about 10 minutes. Garnish with herbs and lemon if necessary. Serve with ciabatta (Italian white bread) and mixed salad
