Szechuan noodle salad with Korean neck chops

Ingredients

  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 5 cm) fresh ginger
  • 1 Jalapeño
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 ripe kiwi
  • 2 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 8 Pork neck steaks (approx. 150 g each)
  • 250 g Strozzapretti pasta
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Pot of coriander
  • 100 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Sambal-Oelek
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Rice or fruit vinegar
  • 100 g roasted, salted peanut kernels
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Carrot
  • 100 g Sweet peas

Directions

    For the marinade, peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Peel ginger thinly and grate finely. Clean and wash the jalapeño and cut it into very fine cubes. Clean and wash 2 spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel the kiwi and mash it with a fork. Mix sugar, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, sesame oil, half ginger and other prepared ingredients

    Wash the meat, dab dry, marinate in the marinade and chill for 1-2 hours. In the meantime, prepare noodles for the pasta salad in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the coriander, shake dry and chop. For the sauce, mix the remaining ginger, coriander, mayonnaise, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, sambal oelek and vinegar.

    Chop nuts. Wash and clean the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and cut the cucumber halves into slices. Peel and wash the carrot and cut it into strips. Wash mangetouts and cut into fine strips. Clean and wash the remaining spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Mix noodles, sauce and prepared ingredients

    Take the meat out of the marinade, season with salt and grill on the hot grill for about 10 minutes while turning. Arrange meat and salad

    Alternately fold the strawberry puree and cream into the beaten egg white, do not stir. Pour the strawberry puree into a bowl and decorate with a halved strawberry.
