Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 4 large peppers (e.g. yellow and red)
  • 500 g Courgette
  • 4 big tomatoes
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 8 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 8-10 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into wide strips. Clean, wash and cut the zucchini diagonally into thick slices. Wash the tomatoes and also cut them into thick slices. Clean and wash mushrooms and possibly wash them.

    Grill vegetables on the hot grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Arrange vegetables on a plate, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar and oil.
