Wash and clean the tomatoes and, except for the cherry tomatoes, cut them into thick slices or wedges, depending on their size. Wash the peaches, grate them dry, cut them in half, remove stones and cut the flesh into slices

Arrange the tomatoes and peaches in a large flat bowl. Drizzle the vinaigrette evenly on top. Slice some parmesan cheese on top. Sprinkle the salad with basil, garnish with some ham and basil leaves. Sprinkle with balsamic cream if desired. Add the rest of the ham and the parmesan
