Strawberry spinach salad with bacon

Ingredients

  • 100 g Bacon
  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) white beans
  • 200 g Baby Spinach
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Strawberry Jam
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cut the bacon into pieces and let it crisp in a pan without fat. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Drain and drain the beans. Clean, wash and shake spinach dry.

    Mix jam and vinegar. Whip the oil in portions in a thin stream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Carefully mix beans, spinach, bacon and strawberries. Add dressing and arrange salad on plates.
