Grilled pineapple with chili and vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

  • 2 red chillies
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 4 Stem(s) Mint
  • 4 (70 g each) scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut flake

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the chillies and scrape out the seeds. Finely dice the pods. Melt butter, stir in honey, cinnamon and chilli. Peel pineapple, cut into slices and cut out hard stalk with an apple cutter. Mix pineapple rings with honey-butter mixture. Wash mint, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and cut into strips

    Grill pineapple rings on the hot grill on both sides for about 2 minutes each, take them down and arrange them with vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with mint and coconut flakes
