Grilled goat cheese with apples

Ingredients

  • 150 g Arugula (rocket)
  • 2-3 stem(s) Thyme
  • 4 discs Bacon
  • 2 (approx. 350 g) Apples
  • 2 (150 g each) Rolls of goat's cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Hazelnut flakes
  • 10 TSP liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Balsamic cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the arugula well. Thyme wash, drain. Cut each bacon slice into 2-3 pieces. Place foil on a baking tray and oil thinly. Wash apples, dab dry and cut out the core.

    Cut the apples into 10 rings and place them on the tray. Cut each cheese roll into 10 slices. Put 2 on 1 apple ring each. Sprinkle with pepper, nuts and thyme. Sprinkle with honey. Spread bacon on top.

    Bake under the preheated grill or in the oven at high heat for 3-5 minutes. Garnish with rocket salad and balsamic cream. Serve immediately.
