Tandoori skewers on salad

Ingredients

  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Mixed spices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g Chicken filet
  • 1 piece(s) (20 g) Ginger
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime/lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 small yellow pepper
  • 1–2 Mini Roman salads
  • 4-6 discs Bacon
  • 8–12 wooden skewers

Directions

    Mix the Tandoori spice and 2 tablespoons of oil. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Cover with seasoning oil mixture and chill for about 30 minutes.

    For the dressing, peel the ginger and chop very finely. Mix lime juice with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Fold in 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix everything with ginger.

    Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes and peppers. Clean, wash and cut the salad into fine strips. Mix prepared salad ingredients and dressing.

    Cut the bacon slices into 4-5 pieces each. Put them alternately on skewers with the meat. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the skewers for 6-8 minutes. Arrange the salad in glasses as desired.

    Put the skewers in.
