Wash the meat and dab dry. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat on each side for about 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Take out and let it cool down.
Peel and finely dice the onions. Wash and halve the grapes. Wash, quarter, core and dice apples. Wash chives and cut into fine rolls. Mix yoghurt, salad cream and vinegar.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix cranberries, apples, grapes, onions and chives in a large bowl. Stir in yoghurt cream. Tear meat finely and stir in. Let the salad stand in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
