Ingredients

  • 4 Pork steaks (100 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 3 yellow and red peppers
  • 750 g Courgettes
  • 250 g big mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons (10 g each) Oil
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried rosemary
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh rosemary

Directions

    Brush the meat with mustard and let it stand for 15 minutes. In the meantime, clean, wash and quarter the peppers. Clean, wash and cut the zucchinis into long diagonal slices. Clean the mushrooms. Brush a grill pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry the meat for 3 minutes on both sides.

    Take the steaks out and keep them warm. Heat the remaining oil in the pan. Fry vegetables and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and herbs. Arrange steaks and vegetables on plates. Garnish with rosemary
