  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 Rocket salad
  • 200 g Rocket (arugula)

Directions

    Peel onion and chop very finely. Mix vinegar, lemon juice and diced onion. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil

    Clean, wash and pluck leaf salads into bite-sized pieces. Slice cheese into thin shavings with a peeler. Mix salads with the marinade. Sprinkle with cheese
