  • 6 Tl green tea
  • 50 g pickled ginger
  • 1 Carambola
  • 1/2 l light grape juice
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Honey

Directions

    Let 6 teaspoons of green tea steep in 3/4 l of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Dice 50 g pickled ginger. Cut 1 carambola into slices. Sieve the tea. Heat up with 1/2 l light grape juice and 2-3 tbsp honey. Let the ginger and carambola steep briefly in it
