Lemongrass Caipirinha

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 6 Limes
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • 60 g demerara sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice
  • 125 ml Cachaça
  • 6 Stem of lemongrass for decoration

Directions

    Wash the limes and cut into eighths. Remove the outer leaves from the lemon grass and cut into very fine rings. Divide the limes, lemon grass and sugar into 6 glasses (250 ml each) and crush them.

    Add crushed ice and fill up with cachaça. Serve decorated with lemongrass.
