- 100 ml Orange juice
- 7-10 Tbsp dry champagne
- 7-10 Tbsp Orange slices and lemon balm

Mix egg liqueur and orange juice. Top up with well chilled sparkling wine. Decorate the glass with orange slice and lemon balm.
