Green fried rice with mushrooms

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 1 medium leek or 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) Sesame
  • 1/2 tsp (approx. 2 g) Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Worcester sauce
  • 4 tsp (20 g) clotted cream

Directions

    Put rice in 600 ml of boiling salted water. Cover and let it swell for about 20 minutes over a mild heat. Leave to cool down

    Clean and wash vegetables and mushrooms. Cut broccoli into small florets, leek into rings and mushrooms into slices. Steam broccoli covered in little boiling salted water for about 5 minutes

    Roast sesame seeds in a large coated pan without fat, remove. Brush the pan with oil and heat it up. Fry the mushrooms in it until golden brown. Steam the leek briefly, season

    Add the rice and fry everything for about 5 minutes, turning it over. Stir 2-3 tablespoons of the broccoli water and Worcester sauce into the rice, season to taste. Drain broccoli and fold in sesame seeds. If necessary, arrange fried rice with sour cream
