Greek yoghurt with nuts and honey

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 40 g Walnut kernel halves
  • 30 g Hazelnut kernels
  • 750 g lactose-free yoghurt
  • 1 knife tip pulp of a scraped vanilla pod
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Honey

Directions

    Roast the nuts in a pan without fat, take them out and let them cool down. Mix yoghurt, vanilla pulp and lemon juice. Coarsely chop the nuts. Layer yoghurt, 1 tbsp honey and nuts in 4 glasses, finishing with nuts and a little honey.

    Serve immediately.
