Ingredients

  • 500 g Bottled tomatoes
  • 300 g yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 100 g Celery
  • 6 Stem(s) Lemon thyme
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 3 TABLESPOONS dark balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and quarter the bottled tomatoes. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel onions and cut into rings. Clean, wash and cut celery into pieces. Wash thyme, dab dry and, except for a few stems for garnishing, pluck off leaves.

    Cut the feta cheese into pieces. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Add oil drop by drop. Mix tomatoes, onion rings, celery, cheese and thyme with the vinaigrette. Season with salt, pepper and sugar and arrange on plates.

    Garnish with thyme. Baguette tastes good with it.
