Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Coffee powder (instant)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice

Directions

    Spread 1 tablespoon each of sugar and coffee powder on four glasses. Pour in a maximum of two fingers of cold water.

    Foam up with a milk foamer (start at the bottom and pull up slowly) until a thick foam is formed.

    Crushed Ice. Add milk. Top up with ice-cold water and serve immediately.
