Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 Onions
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1/2 bunch Thyme
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 discs Toast
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs and lemon

Directions

    For the paste, peel and finely chop the garlic and onions. Wash and chop the herbs. Wash lemon, grate peel thinly, squeeze juice. Season olive oil with salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and zest. Mix with prepared ingredients and breadcrumbs. Wash, clean and cut the tomatoes into thick slices.

    Spread the prepared paste over them. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for about 5 minutes. In the meantime cut the toast into small cubes. Fry in hot fat until golden brown. Arrange tomato slices sprinkled with toast cubes. Serve garnished with fresh herbs and lemon
