Gooseberry and kiwi jam

  • 1 kg Gooseberries
  • 5-6 (approx. 500 g) medium-sized kiwis
  • 1/2 bunch/pot of mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel of 1 untreated lime or lemon
  • 1 package (500 g) "Diet Gelly Fructose"
  • 7-10 Tbsp (for 1400 g fruit; for diabetics)

Directions

    Sort the gooseberries, wash, clean and drain. Peel kiwis and dice finely. Weigh 1.4 kg of flesh. Wash mint and pat dry. Peel the leaves and cut into strips

    Mix gooseberries, kiwi pieces, lime zest and jam sugar in a large pot. Bring everything to the boil while stirring over high heat. Then boil for at least 3 minutes while stirring continuously until bubbly

    Stir in the mint. Immediately pour jam into prepared twist-off jars. Close and place on the lid. Let it cool down completely

    So you bring variety to the breakfast table:

    Cook only half the recipe of the gooseberry-kiwi-

    jam and take the remaining jam sugar

    for a second variety. First mix the gelling sugar well so that the pectin is evenly distributed in the sugar, then weigh half of it
