Golden brown hack toasts

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 300 g mixed mince
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried. Oregano
  • 4 discs Toast bread (e.g. wholemeal)
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • baking paper

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers. Peel onion and garlic. Dice or chop everything finely. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Fry paprika, garlic and half onion briefly. Stir in ketchup and season to taste

    Place toasts on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Wash the tomatoes, cut 2 into slices and place them on the toasts. Spread the chopped mass on top. Grate cheese over it. Bake in a hot oven (electric range: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for 8-10 minutes

    Clean the salad, wash it and pluck it smaller. Cut 2 tomatoes into slices. Divide lettuce, tomatoes and the rest onion between 4 plates. Serve with minced toast

    For a fiery variant you can season the mince with hot rose pepper instead of the noble sweet
