Goat's cheese taler au gratin

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Courgettes (about 90 g)
  • 1 Apples
  • 1 (approx. 40 g) Giant mushroom
  • 15 discs Goat cheese (approx. 20 g each)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON tr. Herbs of Provence
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano

Directions

    Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut into 5 diagonal slices. Wash the apple and cut into 5 slices. Clean and wash the mushrooms and also cut them into 5 slices. Put the campignon, apple and zucchini on a baking tray lined with baking paper, place a slice of goat's cheese on each, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. Serve the goat's cheese taler on a plate, sprinkled with oregano as desired
