Wash the zucchini thoroughly and cut into 5 diagonal slices. Wash the apple and cut into 5 slices. Clean and wash the mushrooms and also cut them into 5 slices. Put the campignon, apple and zucchini on a baking tray lined with baking paper, place a slice of goat's cheese on each, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs.
