Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 8 small tomatoes
  • some stem(s) Parsley
  • 250 g Meat salad (fresh counter)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Remoulade from the tube
  • 7-10 Tbsp some parsley leaves

Directions

    Clean the tomatoes, wash and pat dry. Cut off one lid each, hollow out the tomatoes with a sharp knife. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop. Mix into the meat salad.

    Fill the meat salad into the hollowed out tomatoes. Put the lid on top. Spray the tartar sauce as small dots on top. Garnish with parsley leaves as desired
