Gnocchi in creamy smoked salmon sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh gnocchi (from the refrigerator)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 150 g Smoked salmon in slices
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 125 g Double cream cheese with herbs
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice

Directions

    Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Pour into a sieve and drain well.

    Cut salmon into strips. Wash the dill and shake dry. Pluck the dill flags and chop them. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the onion until transparent. Add cream cheese, cream and 200 ml water.

    Stir in the stock and bring to the boil while stirring continuously. Simmer sauce for 2-3 minutes.

    Add salmon and dill to the sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add gnocchi and heat up briefly. Serve salmon gnocchi.
