SUPERFOOD TIP: The strawberry belongs to a subfamily of the rose family. It is a low calorie, sweet fruit and has a higher vitamin C content than oranges or lemons. A 200g bowl of fresh strawberries covers the daily vitamin C requirement of an adult. So let's go for the sweet temptation from domestic cultivation.
