Ingredients

  • 400 ml Oat drink (e.g. "Smelk Classic" from Kölln)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 4 tablespoons, heaped Chia seeds
  • 400 g Raspberries
  • 1 Nectarine
  • 500 g Cream quark (40% fat)
  • 40 g Pecan kernels
  • 2 TABLESPOONS dried cranberries
  • 1 TABLESPOON Coconut chips
  • 4 Wake-up jars (approx. 580 ml each)

Directions

    Pour the oat drink, 3 tablespoons honey and chia seeds into a screw glass and shake vigorously. Cover and leave to soak in the refrigerator for approx. 12 hours. Shake well for the first hour.

    Raspberries selected. Wash nectarine, cut in half, remove stone. Cut pulp into pieces. Mix quark with 2 tablespoons honey. Chop pecan nuts.

    Divide chia pudding into four glasses. Spread nectarine and half raspberries on top. Add the curd cheese. Spread the rest of the raspberries on top. Sprinkle with cranberries, coconut chips and pecans.
