Wash the sugar snap peas and cut into strips. Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into short strips. Clean cabbage and cut into strips. Wash coriander, shake dry. Peel ginger thinly and cut into fine strips.
Wash and clean the chilli and cut into fine rings.
Pour the noodles and prepared ingredients into a sealable bowl, keeping the noodles down. Pour over 300 ml of boiling water and let it swell in the closed bowl for about 3 minutes.
Season with soy sauce and lime juice.
