Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame seed
  • 75 g Baby leaf spinach
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 Garlic clove
  • 1 (approx. 2.5 g) pinch of ginger root
  • 1 small chili pepper
  • 40 g red lentils
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Whole milk yoghurt

Directions

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat. Sort, wash and drain the spinach. Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel garlic and ginger and dice very finely. Wash and clean the chilli pepper and cut into rings.

    Simmer the lentils in 80 ml of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry spinach, onion, garlic and ginger in it. Add chilli and soy sauce. Add the lentils with the remaining liquid and season with pepper.

    Arrange in a bowl, add yoghurt and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
