Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice
  • 4 cl Gin
  • 1 cl Almond Syrup
  • 2 Bar spoon lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
  • 2 cl Curacao blue
  • 1 Lemon slice to garnish
  • 1 cocktail stick

Directions

    Pour crushed ice into a slim tall glass (e.g. champagne glass) to 2 cm below the rim. Put gin, almond syrup and lemon juice in a shaker with some ice cubes. Shake briefly and strain into the glass.

    Pour Curaçao blue over it. Put a slice of lemon on a colourful cocktail stick and serve immediately.
