Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 ml dry red wine
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 6-8 Cloves
  • 4-8 cubes demerara sugar
  • 4-8 TABLESPOONS brown rum
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange Spiral

Directions

    Heat red wine, cinnamon and cloves in a pot (must not boil). Put 1-2 cubes of brown sugar in each glass. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of rum over it. Remove the cinnamon and cloves from the red wine with a skimmer and fill the glasses evenly with it. Serve immediately decorated with orange spiral
