  • 12 Eggs
  • 200 g Salad cream
  • 100 g Schmand/Crème fraîche
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 12-15 green peppercorns

    Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. Quench, peel and let them cool down. Mix salad cream, sour cream and milk. Season to taste. From the paprika mouths "carve. For the eyes dab peppercorns well and halve
