Gazpacho with Mozzarella ham skewers

Ingredients

  • 4 discs Ciabatta (30 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 75 g Cucumber
  • 2 packages (370 g each) Tomato pieces with herbs
  • 200 ml Tomato juice
  • 2 packages (100 g each) Mozzarella with basil
  • 4 discs (10 g each) Serrano ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil
  • 4 long wooden skewers

Directions

    Dice bread. Heat oil in a pan and fry bread cubes in it until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and drain on kitchen paper. Clean, wash and chop the cucumber. Mix chunky tomatoes with tomato juice in a saucepan and bring to the boil.

    In the meantime cut mozzarella into larger cubes and put them on wooden skewers with 1 slice of ham each. Arrange soup in preheated plates, sprinkle with bread and cucumber cubes. Garnish with basil. Add mozzarella ham skewers
