Turkey goulash with garlic

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 1 young garlic bulb
  • 2 large red peppers
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Branches of rosemary
  • 800 g Turkey Breast
  • 3-4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 5-7 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth

Directions

    Onions peel, halve and in strips cut. Cut garlic into cloves, peel. Clean, wash and roughly dice the bell peppers. Clean mushrooms, wash if necessary. Wash and pluck rosemary.

    Wash the meat, dab dry and dice coarsely. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Brown the meat in it in portions all around. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Add another 1-2 tbsp. oil to the roaster.

    Sauté the mushrooms in it vigorously while turning. Season with salt and pepper and remove.

    Briefly fry the garlic, onions and diced peppers in hot frying fat while turning. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add rosemary. Add meat and mushrooms again. Deglaze everything with approx. 3/8 l water and soy sauce.

    Bring to the boil, stir in broth and braise covered for about 15 minutes. Season to taste. Rice tastes good with it.
