Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4-6 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 1/2 small lettuce
  • 2-3 stem(s) Dill
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Salad Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Capers
  • 1 TEASPOON Roasted onions
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Trout caviar

Directions

  1. 1

Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes. Then quench and let them cool down

  2. 2

Clean, wash and drain the salad. Wash dill and shake dry

  3. 3

Peel and halve the eggs. Remove the egg yolk and possibly pass through a sieve. Mix with mustard and mayonnaise until smooth. Season to taste with salt

  4. 4

Pour the mixture into a piping bag with star-shaped spout and squirt into the egg halves. Garnish eggs with capers, fried onions and caviar. Arrange salad on plates and arrange eggs on top. Garnish with dill

  5. 5

    - The garnished eggs are very popular right now at Easter. To prepare, boil the eggs, put the egg yolk mixture in a piping bag and squirt it into the egg halves just before serving

  6. 6

    - Also looks appetizing with other decoration variations, for example with shrimps, olive slices or red pepper cubes
