  • 1 Egg
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons (60 g) Salad Mayonnaise
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 TEASPOON Cognac
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Dill
  • 4 Salad leaves
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 250 g Deep-sea crab meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly slices of 1/2 organic lemon

Directions

    Boil the egg hard. Then quench, peel and let it cool down. Mix yoghurt, mayonnaise, ketchup and cognac. Season to taste. Wash and pluck the dill. Clean the salad, wash and pluck smaller. Peel cucumber and cut into fine cubes

    Eighth of an egg. Mix crab, cucumber and sauce. Arrange on salad leaves. Garnish with egg, dill and lemon
