Ingredients

  • 150 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Calvados
  • 250 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 150 g sliced almonds
  • baking paper

Directions

    Cut the marzipan into pieces. Mix the Calvados and marzipan with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Add butter in pieces and sugar. Stir until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one. Sift flour and baking powder on top and stir in.

    3 Line baking trays with baking paper. Spread almonds on top. Pour the dough in portions into a piping bag with a medium star-shaped spout. Spray the dough onto the almonds in approx. 3.5 cm long strips. Always spray two strips close together.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 9-12 minutes. Remove and let cool on a cake rack.
